1. How does it work?

Step 1 - Your Request
You must first email us with your request with an attachment of the photo you want us to work on explaining what you want us to repair.
YOU MUST RESIZE YOUR IMAGE TO A SMALLER SIZE as we will not accept big size images at this stage.

AVERAGE SIZE OF A SMALL DIGITAL IMAGE:
Dimentions: up to 500 X 375 pixels
Type: JPEG
Size: up to 500 KB
Resolution: 72 dpi

Step 2 - Our Quote
We will then let you know if what you request is possible and give you a quote for it based on our price list.

Step 3 - Price Agreement
After you agree to the price and our Terms & Conditions we will give you an order number and a link where you can make your payment via Paypal secure payment.

Step 4 - Fixing Your Photo
After the payment is approved you can send us your photo. We will now want a bigger size image so we will set up a temporary FTP link for you to UPLOAD the image we will work on.
We will then fix your photo as requested and agreed.

Dimentions:around 3000 X 2400 pixels
Type: JPEG
Size: up to 5 MB
Resolution: 300 dpi or higher

Step 5 - Delivery
Delivery takes no more than five working days. We can deliver via email attachment or FTP.

2. How should I save my image when scanning it?

Scan your photos at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (PPI) and save the photo as JPEG at a high quality setting (least compression).

Just as an example:
- a 6"x4" (15 x 10 cm) photo scanned at 300dpi should have a pixel size of around around 1200x1800.
- a 10"x8" (25 x 20 cm) photo scanned at 300dpi should have a pixel size of 3000x2400.

3. Why can't I send a big size image by email attachment?
Because most email providers have limitations on the size of emails.

4. How do I know how big is my photo?
To see what is the size of your image go to your Windows Explorer and put the mouse arrow on top of the image file without clicking. A box with information about the image size will come up on the screen. Alternatively just right-click on the image file and click 'properties' on the drop-down menu. A panel with the image information will come up on the screen.

5. Can you put my face on Angelina Jolie's Body?
No. Unless you own the copyright of that image or have permission from Angelina Jolie you can forget about it.

6. Can you put me next to any celebrity?
No. Unless you own the copyright of that image or have permisson from that celebrity.

7. Can you change the background in my photo for any image I choose?
Only if you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner of that image. We do provide some images which we own the copyright for background replacements such as beaches and city backgrounds.
