The following Terms & Conditions apply to services offered by Phixme.com.

1. Phixme.com reserves the undisputed right to refuse a commission which may be judged as inappropriate due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, images containing sexually oriented material, images that promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and images that infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.

2. Phixme.com may accept or refuse a commission based on its own sole discretion. In case of refusal, Phixme.com is not obliged to provide any motivation.

3. The acceptance of a commission shall be deemed as a contractual agreement between the client and Phixme.com.

4. Phixme.com normally starts work immediately on a commission and aims its delivery within five working days. However, Phixme.com cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe in all cases.

5. Before work begins on a commission, Phixme.com requires the full, agreed payment from the client.

6. All images, supplied by the client will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws. The client is responsible for rights clearance of any copyright protected material used.

7. The client agrees to credit Phixme.com for any public or commercial use of the images processed by Phixme.com, and Phixme.com should have the right to refer to such uses as business cases in the marketing of Phixme.com.

8. Phixme.com will provide a temporary FTP account for the client to transfer the images.

9. Phixme.com expects payment through Paypal. All prices include 17.5% VAT.

10. Phixme.com does not do refunds.

11. Phixme.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a client has commissioned any services from Phixme.com prior to a change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

12. Phixme.com reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

13. Phixme.com is part of Halfnote Ltd.

14. The agreement is subject to UK law.
